Birth chart calculations (Rising sign, Moon sign, Midheaven) use simplified astronomical formulas and are approximations only — results near sign boundaries may differ from a professional chart. Use of these tools is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

The Birth Chart module optionally geocodes a birth city using the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service to obtain geographic coordinates. By entering a birth city and generating a profile, you consent to that city name being transmitted to Nominatim for the purpose of the lookup. No other personal data is transmitted. Digital product license and sales policy

Gumroad editions (which include bonus content, templates, and extras) are sold as final sale. All Gumroad purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical delivery issue, contact Gumroad support directly. Amazon editions (Kindle and print) are governed by Amazon's own return and refund policies, which Scott's World does not control.

Silver Membership

Silver Membership is a privately offered subscription program extended at Scott's sole discretion. It is not a public accommodation, and membership is a revocable privilege rather than a guaranteed or vested right. Silver Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $10.00 USD per month via Stripe. By purchasing a Silver Membership, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. Silver Membership payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or prorations are owed for any reason, including unused time, dissatisfaction with content, or changes to available features. Any refund is solely at Scott's discretion and is never guaranteed or automatic.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to member benefits until that date. No partial-month refunds will be issued.
• Membership approval and revocation. Scott reserves the right, at his sole discretion and without obligation to state a reason, to decline, cancel, suspend, or permanently revoke a membership at any time — before or after purchase — for any lawful reason. This includes but is not limited to suspected bot, spam, or automated signups; fraudulent or disputed payments; impersonation; harassment or abusive conduct toward Scott or other members; and any violation of these Terms of Use. Scott does not decline or revoke membership on the basis of any characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. Any refund issued in connection with a decline, cancellation, or revocation is entirely discretionary and not owed.
• Feature availability. Member benefits — including but not limited to commenting, discounts, apps, tools, and early access content — are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change, modification, or removal at any time without notice or compensation.
• Content, opinions, and viewpoints. Blog posts, commentary, and other content published on this site reflect Scott's personal opinions and editorial voice, offered for informational and entertainment purposes. Disagreement with any opinion, viewpoint, or commentary expressed on this site is not a basis for a refund, chargeback, cancellation credit, or dispute of these terms.
• Tool and calculator accuracy. Apps, calculators, and tools available to Silver members are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Results may contain errors, approximations, or inaccuracies. Scott makes no representations as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output. Always verify results independently before relying on them for any purpose. Use of any tool is entirely at your own risk.
• Ebook discounts. Monthly ebook discount percentages (5%, 10%, or 15%) are distributed randomly and are subject to change. Discounts apply only to purchases made through the designated member discount mechanism and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Data and account security. While Scott takes reasonable precautions to protect member account data, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, Scott's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. By creating a member account, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
• No guarantee of uptime. Member features and the site itself may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages. No compensation or credit will be issued for downtime.

Donations

Any donations made through Stripe or other payment processors on this site are voluntary, non-refundable, and final. Donations do not entitle the donor to products, services, preferential treatment, or any return of funds. They are accepted as a gesture of support and appreciation only.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to harvest content, email addresses, or personal data from this site
• Impersonate Scott or Scott's World in any context
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through any form on the site
